On the Down Low

When a woman dies in Australia from ovarian cancer every eight hours, a 30-minute podcast can save a life. This motivated the ‘On the Down Low – Speaking up about Ovarian Cancer’ team throughout 300 volunteer hours over six months. The cast represents rural and metropolitan women, rare and genetic cancers, working women and mothers. Confronted with mortality, they share their tumultuous journeys and make a powerful call for advocacy, awareness and change.
